2. Invest in securities as top second investment opportunities

This method requires some knowledge to be able to control your finances. Nevertheless, applying this method, you may need a more considerable amount of money. The minimum investment sums usually start from 3000 to 5000 Eur, which is a significant disadvantage. But the good news is that you can play around with smaller sums like 500-1000 Eur.

Without a doubt, you will need to recalculate and assess all the fees, especially from the bank. Speaking about the term of this investment – the longer, the better because you never know. No one knows what is going to happen in the market. The golden rule is not to rush and take the time to think about plausible risks.

I had an experience when I watched over the securities of a particular investment group (Franklin Templeton). The third party was Swedbank, which distributed the funds. The nature of the fonds was from Japan’s technologies fonds. The risk was dynamic, which means that it was pretty high. After two years, I sold those funds, and my investment got plus 30-35 per cent. Remember that sometimes you need to wait for favourable scenarios much longer. If you sell your fond too soon, you may lose your hard-earned money and get unwanted losses.

3. Invest in borrowing as the top third investment opportunities

This is another excellent opportunity. But the main hurdle is that there may be some restrictions depending on the jurisdiction to open an account in a specific country. This is because of the national banks’ policy of the countries. You can do to avoid this is to lend money in private, for example, posting some ads on the local advertisements websites. But the problem arises here that these people may be unreliable. Thus, the focus should be on private lending platforms looking for less restrictive policies and agreements.

Whenever deciding to invest, make sure you follow your mind and ‘cold mind’ because you can lose your invested money quickly if investing negligently. We purposely skipped other forms of investment like real estate because most people in the world cannot afford that. As you said, time is the most disadvantageous, but I want to say that the value of gold increases with each passing day. Thanks for sharing, investing in gold is a good option. But when will it be profitable, that’s hard to tell. A lot of people buy in gold and thinking it will reach $2000 per ounce. But then they got hit hard after few years.

For me, I invest in silver 2 years ago, thinking that ratio is better than gold. However, when will it rise, hard to tell. It might drop again too. But yeah, as you said, just accumulate the precious metal for the long term, without worrying about it’s value.

Very interesting post in the website 100% agree with the health art. about sitting long ours, I guess we have to take action more about that topic, I just sleep 6 hrs and my body feels tired, and my brain is making tricks, also the winter is affecting a bit, is really grey and dark for my taste.

There is a saying in the part of the world where I live, Investment made in Gold and Land with the long-term mindset will provide great profits. As you mentioned, if we are making long term investment for sure Gold is the best investment option.

As I mentioned in your earlier post, when we had demonetization in our country people realized the importance and the value of Gold investment. Since I am on a budget, investment on securities are not on my list at the moment.

Invest in borrowing might not be the best option for me because we need to chase people to get out money back. Nowadays finding reliable people is the biggest challenge. Investing in Gold is the best option for me.

Hello, thanks for the opinion on the matter. I would guess that you need to accumulate at least 100 g of gold if you want to start real estate business. The rest you can start the business with only 50 g of gold, for instance, however in securities which is more risky.

Hello, thanks for your insights. Not necessarily. For instance, I know someone bought 1 g of gold for 60 Eur and sold it for 55 Eur. It looks -5 as a loss but the gold was sold 1-2 years ago since buying. That means the person did not lose almost anything because of inflation. Or think it as source of another tiny loan with minimal risk.
