MR WATER
Water: poison or medicine?
We all want to look young and ageless. Therefore, we are constantly looking for magical recipes for youth, follow various diets, use expensive cosmetics, creams, etc. But these measures only combat the effects of aging. Aging of the body starts inside us. One of the main causes of aging is the water we drink or cook with.
70% of our body’s cells and our blood are water, and the brain is as much as 90% water. The condition of our joints, blood vessels, liver and kidney stones, even the color of our face is determined by the quality of water.
When we drink a lot of sweet drinks, tea, coffee, beer, mineral water, we must always remember that our body is not something that can be thrown into whatever we want.
Without knowing the basic principles of our body’s functioning, we irreversibly lose years of our life. Therefore, not knowing the effect of water on the body means shortening one’s life and ruining one’s health.
Water in our body
According to various scientific sources, as many as 130 types of water exist in nature. In the cells of our body, water is in a special form, which we call structured. Every other liquid that enters our body is processed and purified until it reaches a structured state. The body consumes a lot of energy for this process. For example, the body consumes 46 kcal to process one liter of liquid! If we calculate how much fluid our body processes during its lifetime, we will get a huge vital energy expenditure.
We must never forget that our health depends on how much energy the body uses for its needs. The more energy it spends on processing the water that our body does not need, the less energy is left for cell renewal and fighting diseases.
The water we drink
The water we drink contains a lot of insoluble salts. You can easily make sure of this by looking at the sediment in our kettle. All harmful substances in water, food residues (from meat, soup, etc.) enter the body together with water and help to form harmful deposits in it, which are very difficult for the body to get rid of.
Ordinary tap water also contains radioactive impurities. They are also not removed during meal preparation. When we boil water, we destroy many harmful substances, but also active oxygen, which our body needs so much.
Boiling water loses its good properties because its natural structure changes. It loses valuable bioenergetic information that it acquires in the depths of the earth. Therefore, consuming only boiled water is not good for the body.
Mineral water
Recently, many people have been buying mineral water for both drinking and cooking. However, mineral water contains such salts and impurities that the human body cannot absorb. Some of these salts are not removed from the body. They can accumulate in muscles and joints and deform them. Mineral water can be drunk for a certain period of time, for example, 2-4 weeks, and then it is necessary to take a break of three or four months. It is especially not advisable to drink mineral water for children, as the harm may far outweigh the benefits. So what kind of water should we drink?
Structured water is the most beneficial for health
Structured water is the most useful for humans. In nature, such water is found in vegetables, fruits, their juices and melted ice. Scientists were interested in the following fact: why do the Yakuts live longer than a hundred years on average? They have neither running water nor wells, they eat few vegetables and fruits, they eat very modestly and usually do not get sick. It turns out that the riddle is very simple – since ancient times, the Yakuts have used water from chopped pieces of ice. What the sun melted, that’s what they drank.
Water from ice
We all know that old age starts with wrinkles. And wrinkles appear when the cells of our body begin to dry. One of the main causes of aging is the body’s inability to absorb and process the water it consumes.
When a person becomes an adult, the growing bones stop. Excess calcium salts entering the body with food and water begin to accumulate in blood vessels and joints. Blood circulation disorders, diseases of the digestive tract begin, stones appear in the liver and kidneys, and the whole body gradually becomes ill. In order to slow down the aging of the body and always look young, we must learn to prepare water from melted ice.
Structured water from melted ice
We can make any water structured. Plain water should be poured into a pot of the required capacity. Boil, cover, cool and keep in the freezer for 2-3 hours, setting the temperature to -4 degrees. When the water freezes, we break the ice and pour the unfrozen water outside. The composition of water obtained from ice corresponds to structured water. It is exactly the same as in the cells of our body.
It is much easier to make structured water in winter. It is enough to place a container with water outside the window or on the balcony and, when it freezes, let the ice in the room melt by itself. Even one glass of water made from melted ice, drunk daily on an empty stomach, will significantly improve your well-being and appearance. It is especially useful for older people to drink melted ice water, because it washes not only sediments, but also old dead cells from the body, so it is an excellent preventive measure against various tumor diseases.
How to drink water?
It is best to drink water as soon as you wake up, but first you need to rinse the mouth, and then you can already drink half or the whole glass. The best water is from melted ice. It is advisable to drink small amounts, sips, preferably cold water, because cold water (drinking before eating) will stimulate the large intestine to work.
Many people have a habit of drinking while eating. It is better not to do this, because the water that enters the stomach dilutes the gastric juice and reduces its concentration, which over time begins to disturb the digestive processes. Due to constant drinking, gas is produced while eating, bloating and constipation. All drinks should be drunk 15-20 minutes before a meal and one hour after a meal.
If your mouth is very dry after eating, you need to rinse your mouth several times. If the dryness persists, you can eat an apple. Apples should be eaten with the peel (well washed of course). In addition, one must eat both the seeds and the seed pod, and spit out only what is no longer chewable. Apple seed and seeds contain a lot of iodine and other valuable elements that are necessary for our body.
Science has proven that six apple seeds contain a daily dose of iodine, which is necessary for humans.
How much water to drink?
Everyone’s drinking water rate is different. It is believed that an average of 2-2.5 liters of various liquids should be drunk per day. But you need to drink only when thirsty, and try not to drink a lot of liquid at once. There are many different (often conflicting) theories about how much fluid a person should consume. For example, yogis drink water in small sips and every half hour, from 2 to 4 liters per day, Tibetans only when they want to drink. The French are happy to replace water with wine. As the country is, so are the customs. It is advisable to follow the old Tibetan rule: “Drink as much water as the body requires, because it will always find a way out”.
