What are your goals?
From my personal experience, I can tell you that I was a bit sceptical about this so-called T25 program. At the time I was going to the gym and I thought I was doing fine. But when I first tried T25 program I realized that I got a lot of work to do even I was training hard at the gym and outside. That was very interesting. So my goals were to complete all T25 levels: Alpha, Beta and Gamma. And I completed these levels. It was not easy, but really worth it. So make sure you are set your straight goals and get motivated to achieve them.
Advantages of a T25 sports program
The biggest advantage of this training is time, money and result. I saved a lot of time working out five days a week at home. I did not need to waste any more time at the gym and especially to stand in the long queues for exercises. The most importantly I did not need to pay monthly fees to get into shape. So I saved a lot. And the result was way better than in the gym. After one month of training I made big improvements, so you can make it too.
There are different levels in this program to choose from. I suggest you start with stretching exercises before training. It does not matter at which level you are. After that, you are ready to go for your first week’s program following by the T25 calendar. If it is too hard for the first time to keep up with the pace, follow a person in the video who does easier exercises. But try to complete 25 minutes of training with no breaks if you can.
What will you need for this training?
All you need is a laptop, T25 program from the internet, mini mat and some little space at home to start training. That’s it. When you achieve further levels you can also choose bands or dumbbells. If you have a crossbar at home that would be perfect, but it is optional. I never used a crossbar in my training and I still got good results.
The most important thing is to get motivated and try not to be too lazy. Everything else will come in time. If you do these exercises minimum 5 days a week for a month you will see how fast you become stronger, faster and in shape. Comparing to the gym, you just cannot achieve the same results only running or going to a gym for 1 single month. There is no doubt that you achieve something but if you want to get into shape fast I suggest starting with the T25 program.
